1. AVAILABILITY

2. PROVISIONAL BOOKING

You can take out an option booking with no obligation.We will agree with you an option expiry date, usually 21 days from taking out the option. This gives you time to sound out interest and to collect first deposits.We confirm the option, send you the booking form, a supply of Parents’ Information leaflets and savings cards if required. For schools that have not cruised before a member of our staff will be pleased to visit your school to hold a promotional evening for students and parents.

3. CONFIRMATION

Complete the Booking Form and return this with your First Deposit of £80 per paying member. No deposit is required for adults qualifying for supervisory places.

4. SECOND DEPOSIT

Ten weeks after the payment of the First Deposit, you should send us a Second and Final Deposit of £100 per paying member.

5. FINAL DETAILS

Some 18 weeks before departure, we will send you a Final Details form that you complete and return to us no later than 15 weeks before departure.

6. BALANCE PAYMENT

At least 12 weeks before departure, we will send you an invoice showing the balance due which we should receive no later than 10 weeks before departure.

7.TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

Tickets, baggage tags and other travel information will be sent to you 2 to 3 weeks before departure.
